Is an intense, clear, compact, and absolutely idiomatic piece. It has been a pleasure recording it. Perhaps, what I like the most about the piece, is how it creates its own world out of a single idea, and such idea is deployed with an organic temporality, paradoxically patient and explosive at the same time. It is very difficult to achieve an equilibrium between such ostensible opposites, and yet, this composition does it with outstanding ease. It resonates in the ear for a long time.
